We work on time and material projects, when the client has changing scope of work and need our resources for x amount of time per month. Our billing will be done at hourly basis. Contract will comprise of the project agreement, rates and other obligations pertaining to the project.
We work on fixed price projects when scope of work is clearly defined. Based on project scope, payment milestone will be agreed during the initiation phase. In case of any change to the scope, a change request will be raised and revised cost and effort will be agreed by both parties.
